[general_comment] => Mis-labeled as an extension of Bell Lake, the Matthews Branch of the Woodbury Creek is home to Bald Eagles, Egret, beavers, muskrats, ducks, geese and an amazing vista of nature. Unfortunately there is also a lot of dumping of leaves, trash, trees, and other pollutants into the water that decreases its clarity and impacts the nature and environment. There is also severe stream bed erosion. Despite all this it remains a beautiful area to the local neighborhood and community.
